The invention discloses a fat tire tread pattern structure. A plurality of protruding pattern blocks are distributed on a tire tread at intervals and symmetrically arranged along the equatorial plane. The tread is divided into a middle main grounding area and tire shoulder areas on the two sides. Transverse pattern strips are distributed in the main grounding area and arranged on the equatorial plane, and each transverse pattern strip is wholly shaped like an inverted C. A vertical pattern strip and two inclined pattern strips located on two sides of the vertical pattern strip are arranged between every two adjacent transverse pattern strips, wherein each inclined pattern strip is wholly shaped like an S. First irregular polygonal granular tire shoulder patterns and second irregular polygonal granular tire shoulder patterns are alternately distributed in each tire shoulder area in the circumferential direction. By the adoption of the mixed design of the strip-shaped pattern blocks and the granular pattern blocks, the fat tire tread pattern structure meets the comprehensive use performance of a fat tire under various complex road conditions such as snowfields, sand beaches, moderate forest roads and open countries.
