The invention relates to a flow guiding and cleaning structure for the inner side of a wheel type locomotive hub. The flow guiding and cleaning structure comprises a rim. An axle hub is arranged at the central axis of the rim. The axial end of the axle hub is connected with the rim through spokes. Flow guide structures are arranged on the inner side of the rim. The faces, facing the spokes, of the flow guide structures are coarse oblique planes, and every two oblique planes intersect; flow guide grooves are formed in the connection and transition portions between the spokes and the rim. Through the flow guide structures on the inner side of the rim, water directly makes contact with the coarse flow guide structures instead of being splashed to the inner side of the rim and staying on the inner side of the rim all the time under the effect of centrifugal force. Moreover, the coarse flow guide structures can effectively weaken the centrifugal effect of the water, the speed of the water impacting on the coarse flow guide structures is lowered, the water slowly flows downwards into the flow guide grooves along the oblique planes of the flow guide structures, and then the water flows out of the automobile hub through the flow guide grooves in the connection and transition portions between the spokes and the rim and is prevented from being accumulated on the inner side of the automobile hub.
