Provided is a hydraulic control device that has a simple configuration, is easy to control, and enables the temperature of hydraulic fluid supplied to a hydraulic actuator to be determined with high accuracy. The device includes a hydraulic fluid temperature estimation means (50), which estimates the temperature of the hydraulic fluid supplied to a hydraulic clutch (actuator) (10). The hydraulic fluid temperature estimation means (50): calculates a logistic regression output from an integrated value of the drive current of an electric motor (37) and an average value of the drive voltage; calculates the posterior probability from the output when the calculated logistic regression output is equal to or greater than a first threshold (L); and determines the temperature of the hydraulic fluid to be a prescribed temperature by estimating the posterior probability to be a determined result when the calculated posterior probability is equal to or greater than a second threshold (H), which is larger than the first threshold (L).
