The invention relates to a regularly-hexagonal plane unfolding mechanism formed by seven regularly-hexagonal frames and twenty four common double-hinge-point linear connecting rods which are connected through cylindrical pins. One regularly-hexagonal frame is arranged in the center and the other six regularly-hexagonal frames surround the central regularly-hexagonal frame. The seven regularly-hexagonal frames are successively connected in a certain way. One common double-hinge-point linear connecting rod can be used as a driving rod and is rotated about hinged points connecting the regularly-hexagonal frames. The regularly-hexagonal plane unfolding mechanism is simple in principle, high in reliability, few in component categories, single in dimension, good in repeatability, easy to process, easy to assemble, low in error, stable in unfolding process, low in impact, provided with just one degree of freedom, driven by a microminiaturized electromotor , easy to drive, and easy to control.
