The invention provides a grab bucket balance block wedging sleeve combining structure. The structure comprises a balance block body and a wedging sleeve. The structure is mainly improved in that the wedging sleeve comprises two wedging sleeve side plates, a straight wedging sleeve plate and an oblique wedging sleeve plate, wherein the two wedging sleeve side plates are arranged in parallel and the straight wedging sleeve plate and the oblique wedging sleeve plate are arranged between the two wedging sleeve side plates; one side of each wedging sleeve side plate is fixed to the side surface of the balance block body in a welding way; the straight wedging sleeve plate and the oblique wedging sleeve plate are respectively fixed to the two wedging sleeve side plates in a welding way; the straight wedging sleeve plate and the oblique wedging sleeve plate are arranged at an interval; a crooked rope and a wedging tongue of a rope crooked part penetrate through the interval; the oblique wedging sleeve plate is outwards and downwards arranged obliquely. According to the grab bucket balance block wedging sleeve combining structure, a pin shaft and a sleeve which are required when the traditional wedging sleeve and a balance block lug plate are connected are eliminated, so that the structure is more simple, the structure is safer and more durable, and meanwhile, a steel wire rope is more conveniently replaced.
