The invention discloses a small-angle escalator upper portion and lower portion device which is installed on an escalator truss. The small-angle escalator upper portion and lower portion device comprises a guide rail and a side plate, wherein the guide rail and the side plate are fixedly connected, the curvature radius of the part, on the upper portion of the escalator truss, of the guide rail is 2,700 mm, the curvature radius of the part, on the lower portion of the escalator truss, of the guide rail is 2,000 mm, and an inclined angle of 23.2 degrees is formed between the part, in the middle of the escalator truss, of the guide rail and the horizontal plane. According to the small-angle escalator upper portion and lower portion device, the guide rail with the small inclined degree and the side plate are adopted, the safety of an escalator with the large lifting height in the use process is higher, and the experience of higher stability and comfortableness is achieved; in addition, the large-curvature-radius guide rail is adopted, the pressure borne by a stair wheel and the guide rail is reduced, meanwhile, the transition section of the escalator is more gentle, and operation is more stable.
