An infinitely variable speed hydraulic transmission bicycle comprises a bicycle main body, wherein the bicycle main body comprises a frame; a manual variable displacement hydraulic plunger fuel pump is arranged on a bottom bracket of the frame; the manual variable displacement hydraulic plunger fuel pump comprises a fuel pump body and a transmission shaft which penetrates the fuel pump body; pedals are arranged at the two ends of the transmission shaft, respectively; pedal handles of the pedals are connected with the two ends of the transmission shaft; a manual variable displacement hydraulic plunger motor is arranged at the center of a rear wheel of the bicycle main body; the manual variable displacement hydraulic plunger motor comprises a motor main body and an output shaft which is positioned on the motor main body; the output shaft is a hollow shaft; the output shaft is connected with a rear wheel axle of the bicycle; the rear wheel axle penetrates through the output shaft; the tail end of the frame is fixed at the two ends of the output shaft; the manual variable displacement hydraulic plunger fuel pump is connected with the manual variable displacement hydraulic plunger motor through a fuel pipe; a fuel cylinder is also arranged; and the fuel cylinder is connected with the fuel pipe. The infinitely variable speed hydraulic transmission bicycle provided by the invention has the advantages of high speed, strong climbing capacity and strong loading capacity.
