The invention discloses a tire aerating gun, comprising a ventilation gun body. An aerating channel is formed in the ventilation gun body. The aerating channel is provided with an air inlet and an air outlet, an installation section and a detection section are arranged between the air inlet and the air outlet, an opening and closing mechanism used for controlling gas to be communicated and cut off is arranged in the installation section in a penetrating manner, and a detection mechanism used for detecting the tire pressure is arranged in the detection section. According to the tire aerating gun, a detection chamber and a ventilation chamber are integrated instead of a manner of connecting the detection chamber onto the ventilation chamber simply through threads, so that the tire aerating gun can buffer and bear the main impact, and the detection mechanism is better protected from being broken.
