The invention discloses an electrical vehicle charging system with a black box function for residential areas. The system comprises a residential area LED (Light Emitting Diode) streetlamp system, wherein a solar power generating and energy storing system is arranged on a streetlamp pole of the LED streetlamp system and connected with a transformer room of the LED streetlamp system; the transformer room of the LED streetlamp system is connected with an electric vehicle charging station to charge the electric vehicle charging station; a receiving and transmitting module used for receiving electric vehicle current changing information and transmitting charging station power information to the vehicle is arranged on the charging station; a vehicle radio frequency module used for detecting power information of a battery of the vehicle and transmitting the power information of the battery to the charging station is arranged on the vehicle; and a black box system mounted in a motor vehicle is also arranged. The electrical vehicle charging system with the black box function for the residential areas, disclosed by the invention, has the advantages of reasonable structure, convenience in arranging and good effect.
