The invention provides an ADS-B (Automatic Dependent Surveillance-Broadcast) data fusion method and system. The method comprises steps as follows: 1, all ADS-B data related to a specified target are acquired; 2, all data of the specified target are grouped according to preset attribute; 3, grouped data sets obtained after grouping are sequenced according to data groups; 4, whether data meeting requirements of the specified target are contained in a current data group in the grouped data sets obtained after grouping is judged sequentially, if yes, the step 5 is executed, and otherwise, whether required data are contained in the next data set in the grouped data sets is judged; 5, fusedata of the specified target are output from the current data set. Therefore, ADS-B data can be rapidly fused in the grouped data sets.
