An embodiment of the invention discloses a traffic emergency light control circuit. The traffic emergency light control circuit includes a microcontroller, a crystal oscillator circuit used for controlling motor rotation, a battery, a voltage stabilizing chip, a first switch, a second switch, a first triode, a first resistor, a first drive circuit used for driving a red light for displaying, a second drive circuit used for driving a yellow light for displaying and a third drive circuit used for driving a green light for displaying. The embodiment of the invention also discloses a traffic emergency light device. The drive circuits of the traffic signal lights are switched on through the first switch, so that the traffic signal lights can display according to a predetermined display mode and smooth traffic operation is ensured. The motor control circuit is switched on through the second switch, so that the motor can adjust the heights or directions of the traffic signal lights according to a predetermined rotation mode. By adopting the traffic emergency light control circuit and device, smooth traffic operation can be ensured and convenience is brought to life of people.
