The invention relates to a torsion beam lining structural design. The torsion beam lining structural design comprises an inner sleeve, an outer sleeve, a main spring and a gasket. The outer sleeve is arranged on the periphery of the inner sleeve in a looped sleeving mode. The main spring is arranged between the outer sleeve and the inner sleeve. One layer of the gasket is arranged at the top end of the main spring in the axial direction. The inner sleeve, the gasket and the outer sleeve are fixed together in an integrated vulcanization mode, and an integral piece is formed. During vulcanization, the vacuumizing technology is adopted, it is guaranteed that there is no rubber flange on the contact face of the inner sleeve and the gasket, and noise is lowered. By means of the vacuumizing technology, a die is closed and does not exhaust gas during vulcanization production, no movable space exists between the gasket and the inner sleeve, gas is prevented from being stored in a cavity during vacuumizing, no decay bubbles occur on a product, pneumatic grinding is carried out on the vulcanized product, the outer sleeve is ground, roughness is increased, the pressing-out force is increased, and it is guaranteed that a lining cannot slide in the using process.
