The invention provides an accurate static balance adjustment device of an elevator suspension device. The accurate static balance adjustment device comprises a rough balance adjustment block, a fine balance adjustment block and a cross guide rail. The upper surface of the rough balance adjustment block is provided with a vertical key groove. The lower surface of the fine balance adjustment block is provided with a horizontal key groove. The fine balance adjustment block is arranged on the rough balance adjustment block. The upper surface of the rough balance adjustment block makes contact with the lower surface of the fine balance adjustment block. The cross guide rail in arranged in the vertical key groove and the horizontal key groove and connected with the vertical key groove and the horizontal key groove. The accurate static balance adjustment device has the advantages of being simple in structure, capable of conducting balance adjustment conveniently and saving the cost and high in adjustment accuracy.
