The invention provides an airborne training launching device. The airborne training launching device is characterized in that through the launching potential energy and method of a spring, aviators, airborne troops, special warfare team members or maximal exercise training persons are launched to the high altitude, the trained persons implement airborne landing or in-air flight training through airborne landing flight devices allocated for the trained persons, or the trained persons are launched to safety protection facilities for parachuting basic training in an empty-body fixed-point mode. The airborne training launching device is simple in structure, convenient to maintain and use, safe and reliable, the training effect can be improved, and the training risk and the training cost can be reduced.
