A disc brake caliper device comprises a shell unit. The shell unit comprises a main shell. The main shell is provided with two first air cylinder holes formed in the main shell in a spaced mode, a second air cylinder hole formed in the main shell, two first oil injection holes formed in the main shell and communicated with the first air cylinder holes respectively, a second oil injection hole formed in the main shell and communicated with the second air cylinder hole, two first gas releasing holes formed in the main shell and communicated with the first air cylinder holes respectively, and a second gas releasing hole formed in the main shell and communicated with the second air cylinder hole. By means of the first oil injection holes and the first gas releasing holes, oil injecting and gas releasing can be independently carried out through the first air cylinder holes, the oil injection speed is increased, and the smoothness of the gas releasing process is improved.
