The invention discloses a train and ground data synchronization system of train short-time stop stations. The system comprises a master controller, at least one first data converter, at least two second data converters, at least two adjusting units and at least two branch controllers. The first data converters convert display signal data from the master controller into wireless display signals and send the wireless display signals to the second data converters. The second data converters receive the wireless display signals and convert the wireless display signals into display signal data, and the display signal data are sent to the adjusting units corresponding to the display signal data. The adjusting units adjust the display time of the corresponding received display signal data according to the transmission distance of the wireless display signals. By means of the system, on each stop station of a high-speed rail, train vehicle-mounted data and data of the stop station can be synchronized in a short time, transmission control can be performed on the data, and therefore synchronous refreshing can be achieved in a transmission scheme.
