The invention provides a crash box for secondary collision of an automobile. The crash box for the secondary collision of the automobile has the advantages that collision energy can be absorbed, so that the energy transmitted from the collision to an anti-collision beam can be absorbed well, and the dual function of protecting the automobile and passengers can be achieved. The crash box for the secondary collision of the automobile comprises an automobile shell and a primary collision energy absorption mechanism arranged at the middle of the anti-collision beam, and a secondary collision energy absorption mechanism is arranged between the anti-collision beam and a front longitudinal beam. The crash box for the secondary collision of the automobile is characterized in that the primary energy absorption mechanism and the secondary energy absorption mechanism both drive one ends of symmetrically-arranged shearing panels to generate plastic shear deformation and thereby to conduct energy absorption through force guide rods.
