The invention discloses a charge control system of a plug-in hybrid power bus. A remote monitoring terminal, a whole bus controller VMS and a combination instrument can be awakened by a charging-awakening power supply, and the combination instrument can awaken a bus body control module. The whole bus controller VMS controls powering on and off of a battery management system (BMS) through a BMS power supply relay. The BMS controls switching on and off of a charging contactor. The whole bus controller VMS is further connected with a charging cabin door sensor. After a charging gun is plugged, a 24V low-voltage power supply of an international charging gun is utilized to automatically activate the combination instrument, the whole bus controller VMS and the remote monitoring terminal without manual power supply switching for activation, and charging operation steps are simple. After the charging gun is inserted, the combination instrument, the bus body control module and a whole bus controller are automatically switched to be in a charging control mode, an engine starting signal, a gear signal and an accelerator signal are shielded, mistaken bus startup is prevented during charging, and safety and reliability are high.
