According to the automobile swing arm bushing, the chamferings are arranged between the end surfaces of the inner metal tube sleeve and the outer peripheral surface so that the machining of the bushing is facilitated, the corresponding mold is provided with the slope surface matched with the mold, the liquid level stops rising at the lower edges of the chamferings during glue injection, the glue does not overflow the upper end surface, the glue does not enter a core hole of the inner metal tube sleeve, the overflowing direction of the glue is changed via the arrangement of the chamfering structures, waste glue coating on the upper end surface of the bushing and the core hole after molding is prevented, labor waste due to the subsequent cleaning process s avoided, and the molding quality is improved.
