An autonomous parking lot management apparatus comprises a frame body (1). An inner side bottom of the frame body is provided with an induction module (2) which is used for detecting a vehicle quantity and positions in a parking lot. A timing module (3) which is used for recording staying time of each vehicle is arranged in the frame body. A computer (4) is arranged between the above two modules. Information collected by the induction module (2) and the timing module (3) are uploaded to the computer (4). The computer (4) is set to carry out statistics, classification and processing on various information in the parking lot. A remote communication module is set to sent a statistical result of the computer (4) to a display screen (6). The display screen (6) is arranged outside the parking lot and is connected to the frame body so as to display parking information. A card reader (5) is arranged in the display screen (6) so as to carry out card swiping recording when the vehicle is parked. The parking information in the parking lot can be directly displayed so that each parking space can be used and autonomous management parking space transparency is realized.
