The invention discloses a robotic train. A tracked wheel-arm assembly of the robotic train can telescope according to the conditions of an underground tunnel or a vent duct so as to allow a track to be conveniently attached to the wall of the underground tunnel or vent duct. The robotic train is characterized in that six guide wheels and two compression wheels are mounted on six wheel-arms which coordinate with another, a compression spring is disposed within each guide wheel, elastic forces generated by the compression springs all act outward, and the track is circularly connected through the guide wheels and the compression wheels. The tracked wheel-arm assembly of the robotic train can change its shape to adapt to the changes in the underground tunnel when meeting an obstacle, thus the robotic train can run forward to the personnel trapped.
