The invention discloses a rotary lifting hook. The rotary lifting hook comprises a lifting hook body and a liting ring. The lifting hook body is movably connected to the lower portion of the lifting ring, and the lifting hook body and the lifting ring are connected through a hemisphere. A hemisphere hole which is used for supporting the hemisphere and is matched with the hemisphere in shape is formed in the bottom of the lifting ring. A connecting through hole is formed in the hemisphere in the axial direction, and a connecting shaft on the upper portion of the lifting hook body penetrates through the hemisphere hole to be fixed to the connecting through hole in a threaded mode. The rotary lifting hook is simple in structure, the three centers (the center of a weight, the center axis of the lifting hook body and the center axis of a lifting ring hole) can be automatically adjusted by the hemisphere to coincide, the lifting hook body can rotate automatically on the horizontal plane by 360 degrees, friction is small, breakage is unlikely to occur, and the service life is long.
