The invention relates to a hoisting device improved structure capable of preventing a plate from falling off. The hoisting device improved structure includes a hoisting beam, wherein a hook matched with a hoist is arranged at the top of the hoisting beam; two fixing rings are symmetrically arranged at the bottom of the hoisting beam; steel wire ropes are arranged on the fixing rings; claw hooks matched with the plate are arranged at the two ends of each steel wire rope; each claw hook includes a hooked clamping part; a U-shaped groove is formed in the connecting end of the clamping part; a connecting plate is arranged in the U-shaped groove through a rotating shaft; a fixing hole matched with the steel wire rope is formed in one end of each connecting plate, and the other end of the connecting plate extends into the clamping part. According to the hoisting device improved structure, claw hooks are arranged at the two ends of each steel wire rope, and the plate is clamped by the clamping parts of the claw hooks during movement; the end, extending into the clamping part, of each connecting plate tightly clamps the plate, so that firm fixing of the plate is realized, and the plate is prevented from falling off the hoisting device during movement.
