The invention relates to a two-wheel automobile keeping balance by utilizing double momentum wheels. The two-wheel automobile mainly comprises an automobile frame, a front wheel, a rear wheel, a 1# high-speed motor, a 2# high-speed motor, a 1# momentum wheel, a 2# momentum wheel, a dynamical system, a control system, a 1# electromagnetic brake, a 2# electromagnetic brake and the like, wherein the two momentum wheels are coaxially placed in the automobile side by side, and the axial direction of the momentum wheels is consistent with the direction of the automobile body; each momentum wheel is controlled to rotate or stop by the corresponding high-speed motor and the corresponding electromagnetic brake, which are connected with the momentum wheel. The energy of the dynamical system of the whole automobile is supplied by electricity; after the automobile is started, the two momentum wheels rotate at a specific rotating speed, and a sensor in the control system induces the balance of the automobile body; when the automobile body inclines, the control system controls the corresponding electromagnetic brake to quickly brake and stop the momentum wheel of which the rotating direction is opposite to the inclining direction of the automobile body, so that the automobile body is kept stable; when the automobile body returns to a balance position, the stopped momentum wheel is started again to a specific rotating speed.
