The invention relates to an electric passenger car cabin door hinge structure, comprising a cabin body and a cabin door in sealing match with the cabin body. A cabin opening is formed in the outside of the cabin body; the upper edge of the cabin door is higher than the upper edge of the cabin opening; the upper edge of the cabin door is hinged to a non-sealed area right above the upper edge of the cabin opening through a pair of pin roll hinged; a sealing adhesive tape in sealing match with the inner side face of the cabin door is arranged around the outer side face of the cabin opening; the cabin door is driven by a pair of pneumatic springs to overturn to be opened and closed, and is sealed by the sealing adhesive tape. The electric passenger car cabin door hinge structure has the advantage that as the hinging position is arranged within the non-sealed area right above the upper edge of the cabin opening, the structure is compact and the sealing performance of the cabin door is guaranteed.
