The invention provides an optical-cable wiring structure for train compartments, and a train compartment. The optical-cable wiring structure comprises a compartment body and optical-cable wiring structures arranged on the lateral wall of the end part of the compartment body; each optical-cable wiring structure comprises bottom plates which are fixed in parallel on the lateral wall of the compartment body, and a sealing block fixed on the bottom plates; a gap exists between the bottom plates and the lateral wall of the compartment body; an optical-cable via hole is formed in the sealing block, and the pass-through direction of the optical-cable via hole and the bottom plates form an included angle which is not 90 degrees. In the optical-cable wiring structure provided by the invention, the optical-cable via hole and the bottom plates form the included angle which is not 90 degrees, so that an optical cable is vertically led out of the optical-cable wiring structure to the compartment body, the bending degree of the optical cable is reduced, and the optical cable can be effectively prevented from being bent.
