The invention discloses a monitoring receiver special for automobile instability. The monitoring receiver comprises a data receiving terminal, an information encipher, an MCU single-chip microcomputer, a PC terminal and an information decipher which are connected in sequence. The information decipher is further connected with an early warning device and a data manager. The early warning device comprises an audible and visual alarm device and a short message early warning device. The MCU single-chip microcomputer is further connected with a power supply device. By means of the principle, the device is specially used for receiving and keeping secret for information collected by an automobile, automobile instability caused by various deformation or natural factors of the automobile is avoided so that traffic accidents can be avoided; meanwhile, secrecy is achieved for the received information, illegal people are prevented from utilizing information with spite, and the information transmission safety is guaranteed.
