Disclosed is a commercial vehicle massage chair with a back massage function. A groove is formed in the upper half portion of a backrest of the commercial vehicle massage chair. The two sides of the groove are each horizontally provided with a sliding rail connected with a vertical plate. A back massage device connected with the two vertical plates is hinged between the two vertical plates and used for massaging the back of a passenger. An electric controller is arranged on the lower side of the groove. A plurality of pulleys connected with the sliding rails are arranged on one side of each vertical plate. One pulley of each sliding rail is connected with the electric controller, and the electric controller is used for controlling the pulleys to rotate and then drives the two vertical plates to move forwards and backwards, so that the back massage device moves forwards and backwards along with the vertical plates. In this way, when the passenger needs massage, the electric controller controls the pulleys to move and drive the back massage device to move forwards, so that the passenger is massaged. When the passenger does not need massage, the electric controller drives the pulleys to rotate backwards, then the back massage device is driven to move backwards, and massage on the passenger is stopped. The commercial vehicle massage chair with the back massage function has the advantages of being simple in structure, flexible and convenient to use, capable of meeting the need for back massage of the passenger on a commercial vehicle and the like.
