Disclosed is an accelerator and brake integrated quick brake operating system for preventing an accelerator from being stepped on by mistake. The operating system can control both the accelerator and a brake of a motor vehicle. The accelerator and the brake of the control pedal are operated integrally. An accelerator controller is designed to be arranged below the reverse side of the brake control pedal and is additionally provided with a cut-off accelerator oil path controller extensile bolt and a control pedal left-handed spring bearing, so that the control pedal freely rotates left and right to control the accelerator of the motor vehicle. The operating system achieves the effect of preventing a driver of the motor vehicle mistakes the accelerator for the brake and steps on the accelerator in a panic; besides, the original brake stepping function is maintained, and when needing to brake the vehicle, the driver can directly steps on the brake to stop the vehicle immediately, and the precious brake time is shortened by 0.3 second.
