The invention discloses a spraying and cleaning apparatus composed of a spray gun, an air blower, a water source and a power supply, wherein the air blower is connected to the spray gun via an air tube, the water source is connected to the spray gun via a water tube, and the air blower is connected to the power supply. A water flow switch is switched on by pulling a trigger, water is ejected out after being pressurized by a water outlet nozzle and further sucks the air which is sprayed out by an air blow nozzle, resulting in a powerful negative pressure formed in the surroundings, the water flow further sucks ambient air and blows out forward together with the ambient air. Since a powerful impact and cleaning force is formed after the mixture of water and air, water can be reduced in the cleaning and the aim of saving water can be achieved.
