The method comprises steps: a traffic management center collects vehicle position information via a load balancing cluster, and the position information is generated into Spout data sources to be put in a distributed real-time computing system; a main control node in the distributed real-time computing system receives the Spout data sources, resource allocation and task scheduling are carried out on the Spout data sources, and the Spout data sources are uniformly allocated to working nodes; a working node operates a processing assembly which is managed by the working node itself in the distributed real-time computing system, the Spout data source is analyzed and processed, and a traffic condition is acquired; and the traffic condition is updated on a map of the traffic management center, is stored in a database of the traffic management center or provides an interface for a third party in real time. thus, the traffic condition can be quickly, accurately and stably analyzed, and the defect that along with increasing of vehicles in the prior art, a single computer in the internet of vehicles can not meet requirements more and more and can not timely and stably acquire the traffic condition can be overcome.
