The invention discloses a hoisting machinery high-speed ratio transmission system. The system comprises a linked operation desk (1), a programmable controller (2), a frequency converter (3), a variable frequency motor (4), an overspeed switch (5), an encoder (6), a work brake (7), a decelerator (8), a hoisting coiler cylinder (9) and a safe brake (10). The linked operation desk (1) can control the frequency converter (3) by the programmable controller (2), the frequency converter (3) drives the variable frequency motor (4), the variable frequency motor (4) is connected to the decelerator (8) by a first gear coupling, a driving shaft of the decelerator is provided with the work brake (7), the decelerator (8) is connected to the hoisting coiler cylinder (9) by a second gear coupling, the end of the hoisting coiler cylinder (9) is provided with the safe brake (10), and a high speed shaft of the variable frequency motor (4) is provided with the encoder (6) and the overspeed switch (5). The hoisting machinery high-speed ratio transmission system has the advantages of simple structure, high reliability, stable operation, safety and high speed ratio of 1: 35.
