The invention relates to a crashproof shockproof coaxial double-propeller multi-rotor aircraft. The multi-rotor aircraft comprises a central disc, and a main control system and a cell are arranged inside the central disc. At least four support rods arranged horizontally and in circumferential distribution are arranged on the central disc. An undercarriage placed horizontally is arranged under the central disc. Coaxial flying wings are installed at the upper side and the lower side of the middle part of each support rod respectively. Each flying wing is connected with the main control system. An arc-shaped guard ring is arranged between two adjacent support rods. Through addition of the guard ring on an outer ring, the loss can be lowered to minimum when the coaxial double-propeller multi-rotor aircraft comes across barriers during the flight process, the guard ring is detachable and transporting is convenient.
