The invention discloses a real-time analysis and transmission drifting buoy system for ambient sea noise profile data. The real-time analysis and transmission drifting buoy system is composed of a profile drifting buoy and a remote control receiver. The profile drifting buoy in sea is in communication with the remote control receiver on a bank through a Beidou satellite. An oil bag and a hydrophone are arranged in a diversion protection cover outside the bottom end of a cylindrical shell of the profile drifting buoy. A hydraulic pump in the shell of the buoy extracts hydraulic oil from the oil bag or injects hydraulic oil into the oil bag, and the buoyancy of the profile drifting buoy is changed so that the profile drifting buoy can dive, be suspended and float. The hydrophone converts ambient sea noise signals into electric signals, a noise frequency spectrum analysis module collects the electric signals and analyzes the electric signals in real time, the remote control receiver receives and stores amine sea noise data sent by the profile drifting buoy and CTD data sent by the profile drifting buoy, and the profile survey, real-time frequency spectrum analysis and long-distance transmission of the amine sea noise data from the sea surface to the position which is 2000 m deep are achieved.
