The invention provides an automotive energy recovery device and an automobile and relates to the field of automobiles. The automotive energy recovery device comprises a first vibrating device comprising a first mounting surface, a second vibrating device comprising a second mounting surface, a magnet arranged on the first mounting surface, at least one closed coil surrounding the magnet and arranged on the second mounting surface, an induction current input device connected to the closed coil, and a DC-AC converter arranged between the closed coil and the induction current input device, wherein a gap is formed between the second mounting surface and the first mounting surface; the magnetic-line-force generation end face of the magnet is parallel to the second mounting surface; the closed coil and the magnet move oppositely in the gap to generate induction current in the closed coil. As a result, the economical efficiency of the automotive fuel is improved, and therefore, the energy is saved, and the environmental pollution is also reduced.
