The invention relates to a crane with a balance adjustment device. The crane with the balance adjustment device comprises a base. The crane with the balance adjustment device is characterized in that the inner side walls of the four corners of the bottom of the base are provided with through holes; fixing rods are mounted in the through holes in an insertion manner; the middle part of the base is connected with a first pylon; the upper end of the first pylon is connected with a rotating bearing; the rotating bearing is connected with a second pylon through an adjusting shim; the upper part of the second pylon is connected with a crossbeam seat; the two ends of the crossbeam seat are provided with a sliding pulley and a balance adjustment block respectively; the lower end of the sliding pulley is connected with a hook; the lower end of the balance adjustment block is connected with an inhaul cable. The crane with the balance adjustment device, which is provided by the invention, is simple in structure, and convenient to repair and disassemble, and the work efficiency is promoted.
