The invention relates to a ship body bracket and a whole-ship lifting and transporting launching method. The ship body bracket comprises a base, supporting portions and lifting lugs; the base is formed by vertical crossing and welding of two layers of H-shaped steel, and the lifting lugs and the supporting portions are connected with the upper layer of H-shaped steel of the base; the lifting lugs are located at the two ends of the H-shaped steel, and the supporting portions are distributed on the two sides of the central line of the base; each supporting column comprises stand columns and a timber pier, and the stand columns are perpendicular to and are fixedly connected with the base; the number of the stand columns is at least two, and the heights of the stand columns are gradually reduced from the outer side to the inner side; and each timber pier is fixedly connected with the stand columns in an inclining manner. The ship body bracket is used for lifting and transporting a whole ship to be launched, and tools like the lifting lugs are not required to be welded to the ship body; a lifting frame is not needed, and after the ship is launched, cutting and polishing are not needed; no damage to paint of a ship body exists, human and material resources are reduced, and the launching process is more stable.
