The invention provides a manpower high platform aircraft capable of automatically opening when entering water and belongs to the technical filed of aviation. The manpower high platform aircraft comprises a skeleton, a skylight, a buoy switch, an operation frame, a top rod and a tail rod, wherein the buoy switch is provided with multiple pulleys, a connecting wire goes around the pulleys and is used for connecting insertion rods and buoys together; a spring is wound on each insertion rod; when not subjected to the tension of the connecting wire, the left and right insertion rods are inserted into corresponding sockets respectively under the elasticity action of springs, so as to prevent the skylight from opening; when the manpower high platform aircraft falls into water, the left and right buoys are subjected to floating force and float up along the corresponding buoy sliding rails to drive the connecting wire to move; at the moment, the left and right insertion rods leave the sockets along sliding grooves under the action of the connecting wire, so that the skylight is naturally opened and an operator can be rescued rapidly. According to the manpower high platform aircraft, the problems that an existing high platform aircraft has no escaping device, the rescuing time is long, danger is likely to occur and the operator is likely to be entangled by pulling wires when escaping are solved; the surfacing time of the operator is shortened and the device has an automatic escaping function.
