The invention relates to a production method of a rotating wing helicopter having anti-centrifugal-force lift force wings. According to the present invention, two aircraft wings having engines are connected with a aircraft cabin through a main shaft to form the aircraft, and the outer tip ends of the wings are provided with anti-centrifugal-force lift force wings; the two aircraft wings having the engines and the anti-centrifugal-force lift force wings rotate by adopting the main shaft as the circle center under the drive of the engines to produce the lift force so as to make the aircraft fly; the aircraft wings having the engines spirally form the 180 DEG angle along with the flying and are connected with the bearing box on the aircraft main shaft; the outer tip ends of the wings are provided with the anti-centrifugal-force lift force wings so as to reduce the centrifugal force produced during the rotating of the wings and produce the lift force; the anti-centrifugal-force is achieved by adjusting the distance of the front/rear part of the wing relative to the rotating center, wherein the wing front part is less than the distance between the wing front part center to the rotating center, and the wing rear part is more than the distance between the wing rear part center to the rotating center; and the aircraft main shaft and the aircraft cabin are connected through a connection shaft, and the 0-90 DEG adjusting operation can be performed by adopting the connection shaft as the top end.
