The invention relates to an automatic train speed restricting and speed restriction removing method based on a TCMS (train control and management system) and belongs to the field of decision management methods of railway vehicle speed restricting or speed restriction removing. The method is characterized in that a train speed restriction removing human-machine conversation control module using logic contacts as the entity foundation is added on the basis of an original TCMS, and a bullet train driver can directly perform fast retrieval on a sensor transmitting an alarm signal on an HMI (human-machine interface) and directly perform disable logic shielding on the logic contact corresponding to the sensor through a conversation interface. The method has the advantages that the method provides an effective approach to the driver for automatically removing a training speed over-restriction alarm state under the premise that the alarm of the sensor is determined as an false alarm, the over-restriction processing time under the condition is greatly reduced by 85%, and vehicle adaptability is increased evidently; meanwhile, the method is visual in logic, simple to operate and suitable for being popularized in the field.
