The invention provides a locomotive sand scattering device capable of clearing fine sand grains automatically. An elastic air storage bag and self-clearing sand scattering and sand stirring air nozzles are added on the basis of an original sand scattering machine. When an air inlet of the sand scattering device is closed, the elastic air storage bag is used for balancing air pressure in an air inlet pipe and a cavity of the sand scattering device, and air in a sand scattering device body is prevented from backward flowing into a high-pressure air inlet pipe to a larger extent; the structure of the sand scattering air nozzle is special, an air return groove is designed in an outlet end of the sand scattering air nozzle; when air and dust in the cavity of the sand scattering device flow back into the high-pressure air inlet pipe, a part of dust can be retained in the air return groove due to the expansion effect of the air return groove, and accordingly, the amount of dust entering the high-pressure air inlet pipe is reduced. Besides, the inside of the sand scattering air nozzle is conical, so that the fine sand grains backwards sucked into the air inlet pipe can be accumulated at an air nozzle outlet along with air current when the sand scattering device is started again and can be discharged out of the high-pressure air inlet pipe smoothly as the air pressure is increased, and the sand scattering device has an automatic clearing function on the fine sand grains.
