A multifunctional rearview mirror comprises a rearview mirror body, a rearview mirror and a paraboloid transmitter. The rearview mirror is arranged in an opening of the rearview mirror body, an inner frame is arranged outside the rearview mirror, the upper side and lower side of the inner frame are provided with positioning holes respectively, and a positioning shaft is arranged on the paraboloid transmitter and disposed in the positioning holes. The integral thickness of the paraboloid transmitter is uniform and the transmittance rate thereof is larger than 7%. The paraboloid transmitter can reflect audio signals behind into a focus, the distance between the focus and the paraboloid ranges from 700 mm to 1100 mm, and the paraboloid transmitter is made of hard materials high in sound wave reflection performance. The inner diameter of the positioning holes of the inner frame is same as the outer diameter of the positioning shaft arranged on the paraboloid transmitter. Audio signals behind can be reflected and focused to the ears of a driver, and even in case car windows are closed, the driver can hear overtaking signals transmitted by cars behind.
