The invention discloses a double-channel accelerator pedal signal control method. The method includes the steps: 1) in an initial state, an operator does not step on an accelerator pedal to enable the accelerator pedal to be in an idle state; 2) the operator steps on the accelerator pedal, an accelerator pedal sensor converts pedal information into double-channel voltage analog signals P1 and P2, and outputting the P1 and P2 to an electric vehicle control unit; 3) the electric vehicle control unit processes the double-channel voltage analog signals P1 and P2 to work out AD (analog-digital) values of motor output torque pedal signals. Compared with the prior art, the double-channel accelerator pedal signal control method has the advantages that firstly, by adoption of the accelerator pedal sensor for double-channel signal acquisition, safety redundancy is improved as compared with that of signal-channel signals; 2) secondly, uniformity of input paths of the double-channel accelerator pedal sensor signals transmitted into the vehicle control unit is achieved, common-mode interference signals superposed onto the double-channel accelerator pedal sensor signals are filtered, and effectiveness in filtering is realized; thirdly, by real-time contrastive calculation of acquired signals, control strategies are made correspondingly aiming at failure modes of the accelerator pedal sensor signals, and accordingly control accuracy is improved.
