The invention provides a high-voltage safety interlocking system of a motor train unit. The system comprises a first fault panel, a first key arranged on the first fault panel, a first normally-closed auxiliary contact, a second normally-closed auxiliary contact, a first lock cylinder, a first grounding switch, a first relay, a second relay and a central control unit, wherein the first normally-closed auxiliary contact and the second normally-closed auxiliary contact are connected with the first key. The first normally-closed auxiliary contact is in series connection with a coil of the first relay, and the second normally-closed auxiliary contact is in series connection with a coil of the second relay; the first lock cylinder is connected with the first ground switch and controls the first grounding switch to be grounded or disconnected, and a normally-open auxiliary contact of the first relay is in series connection with a pantograph rising control loop; a normally-open auxiliary contact of the second relay is in series connection with a main circuit breaker closed control loop; and the central control unit is used for controlling the position of the pantograph and closing and opening of a main circuit breaker according to position information of the first grounding switch. The auxiliary contacts and the relays have access to a high-voltage loop, and the high-voltage safety interlocking efficiency of the motor train unit is improved.
