The invention relates to a heating silencer for a vehicle. The heating silencer comprises a silencing cavity. The heating silencer is characterized in that a front-end connecting tube of the silencing cavity is connected with a gas exhaustion branch tube; a heating cavity is in threaded connection in the middle end of the silencing cavity; a heating through tube is mounted in the heating cavity in a penetration mode; a water filling opening is connected with the upper connecting tube of the heating tube; a water inlet tube is arranged at the front end of the heating cavity; a water outlet tube is arranged on the rear part of the heating cavity; each connecting tube of the water outlet tube and the water inlet tube are connected and mounted on a radiator inside a car.
