The invention relates to an automotive front axle. An automotive front axle with a flat-bottom casting structure comprises cross rods and two cantilevers, wherein a frame supporting portion is arranged at two ends of each cross rod respectively, two cross rods are respectively connected with one cantilever, main pin holes are formed in the cantilevers, avoidance grooves penetrating through the front surfaces and the rear surfaces of the cross rods are formed in the upper surfaces of the cross rods and are located between the two frame supporting portions, the cross rods and the cantilevers form an integral structure and are of forged and stamped structures, the lower surfaces of the cross rods are planes, and a steering protection block is arranged on the front surfaces and the rear surfaces of the cantilevers respectively. The cantilevers and the cross rods form the integral structure, the passing capacity of an automobile can be improved, the automotive front axle with the flat-bottom casting structure is good in steering collision resisting capacity, and the problems of low yield during existing front axle manufacture and high fuel consumption caused by poor passing capacity and improvement of impact resisting capacity through increase of cross sections of the cantilevers are solved.
