The invention relates to a ship traffic command method for a dual control reach, and belongs to the technical field of reach traffic control command. According to the method, based on AIS/radar data, traffic signals of a command set, a control set, and a forecast set are automatically generated in the dual control reach to provide real-time and accurate traffic commands for automatically revealing ship traffic signals of the dual control reach. The method has the advantage that traffic signals are dynamically generated according to the received AIS/radar data, and the traffic commands are provided accurately in real time. Intelligence of generating the ship traffic commands of the dual-control reach is realized; the core question of ship command of the dual-control reach is solved; the command efficiency and command accuracy are obviously improved; and the work load of a worker is reduced.
