The invention provides a real time traffic parameter collecting device based on Bluetooth and coil technology. The device includes a core processor, a data storage and transmission unit and a power supply unit. The sensor unit includes a Bluetooth processing module, a Bluetooth antenna, a GPS module, a GPS antenna, a coil processing module and a coil. The core processor is used for performing local storage and outward transmission on vehicle Bluetooth information, GPS positioning information and electronic pulse signals through the data storage and transmission unit. The power supply unit is used for supplying power. According to the invention, the device is mainly used for collecting and acquiring travel time, average speed and traffic flow of vehicles in a specific road range. Problems that a prior detection device cannot collect data in real time, is susceptible to weather and poor in adaptability are solved.
