The invention belongs to a device for controlling an electromagnetic hoist crane to rise and translate during a power failure process. The device comprises a storage battery (1), a boost circuit (2), a rectifying and wave-filtering circuit (3), an output circuit (4), a current feedback circuit (5), a voltage feedback circuit (6), a pulse width modulation (PWM) circuit (7) and a power drive circuit (8). The device for controlling the electromagnetic hoist crane to rise and translate during the power failure process is characterized in that the current feedback circuit (5) and the PWM circuit (7) are installed in the device, the current feedback circuit (5) is a small signal amplification circuit composed of a triode T1, a triode T2 and a resistor R2, and the power drive circuit (8) is composed of a power semiconductor device M. The device can control the electromagnetic hoist crane to rise and translate during the power failure process, and the safety of the whole equipment is guaranteed.
