The invention discloses a spring hook. The spring hook comprises a spring ring, spring pull bars, folding hooks and spring pull bar anti-skidding sleeves, wherein the two sides of the spring ring are provided with the spring pull bars, the spring pull bar anti-skidding sleeves are arranged in the middle of the spring pull bars, and the folding hooks are arranged below the spring pull bars; the left and right top ends of the folding hooks are respectively provided with a folding hook outside tip and a folding hook inside tip, the spring pull bars and the folding hooks are connected through welding, and the outside length is greater than the inside length of each folding hook; the lengths of the spring pull bars at the two sides of the spring ring are equal, the upper surfaces of the spring pull bar anti-skidding sleeves are provided with anti-skid layers, and the surfaces of the spring rings and the spring pull bars are coated with anti-rust coatings. The spring hook provided by the invention is simple in structure, convenient to use and safe and reliable to use; furthermore, the spring ring can bear the folding force increased by the pull bars, and the springs of different specifications can be lifted by folding the pull bars, therefore the spring hook can be applicable to the lifting requirements of various springs.
